These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Hashi app, website, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hashi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Hashi. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Description of Service

Hashi is a health and wellness tracking app intended to help users organize and review information such as symptoms, routines, labs, notes, medications, supplements, and related wellness information.

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Hashi is provided for informational, educational, and personal wellness tracking purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

No content in Hashi, including summaries, trends, insights, reminders, exports, visualizations, or app-generated recommendations, should be interpreted as medical advice or used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about medications, supplements, lab interpretation, diet, symptoms, treatment, or any other health matter. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you viewed in Hashi.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or contact emergency medical services immediately.

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the information you submit to Hashi. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you upload, enter, store, or export through the service.

By using Hashi, you grant us a limited right to host, process, store, reproduce, and display your data solely as needed to operate and improve the service and fulfill your requests.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Hashi may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation mechanics may be presented at the time of purchase through Apple or other authorized platforms.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for managing your subscription through the platform used to purchase it.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Hashi for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Upload malicious code, harmful content, or anything that compromises security.
  • Use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Hashi if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Hashi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any information displayed will be complete, current, or clinically accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hashi and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, health outcomes, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to Hashi will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we may update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Hashi after revised terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
